Gen Z Slang Enters Lok Sabha During Anti-Paper Leak Bill Debate

Indian parliamentarians adopted Gen Z slang like 'delulu' and 'clock it' during Tuesday's Lok Sabha debate on the new anti-exam leak bill.

The bill was introduced following weeks of protests led by the Cockroach Janta Party, which forced the resignation of education minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Political scientist Rahul Verma noted that while the vocabulary is new, politicians are using it to connect with voters, a tactic historically seen with Bollywood catchphrases.
