Fan Dies After Falling From Moving Lorry During Thunivu Celebrations in Chennai

A 19-year-old fan named Bharath Kumar died after falling from a moving tanker lorry while dancing to celebrate the release of Ajith's film Thunivu in Chennai.

Hundreds of fans gathered at the Rohini Theatre Complex in Koyambedu from midnight for the releases of films Varisu and Thunivu, leading to broken glass panes and police intervention.

The victim broke his spinal cord in the fall, was rushed to Government Kilpauk Hospital, and died without responding to treatment; Koyambedu traffic police registered a case.
