At least 600,000 people in Ukraine are without electricity after overnight Russian missile and drone strikes that hit critical energy infrastructure in Kyiv, the capital region, and Kharkiv.
The strikes killed three people in Kyiv, while Ukraine's air force reported that Russia launched 39 missiles and 128 drones, of which four missiles and 115 drones were shot down.
Separately, speed restrictions imposed overnight on Starlink terminals by SpaceX disrupted Ukrainian battlefield missions and communications, according to a presidential adviser.
