INDIA bloc leaders led a major opposition march from Connaught Place to Ramlila Maidan in Delhi on Sunday, demanding the removal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi claimed at the rally that 135 million voters were removed after the 2024 elections and asserted that Kumar will face jail time.
BJP leaders hit back with parallel rallies, accusing the opposition of staging the protest on the anniversary of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots to create anarchy.
