Hexaware Appoints Vivek Jetley as New CEO

Hexaware Technologies has appointed Vivek Jetley as its new CEO for a four-year term, ending the 12-year tenure of Ramakarthikeyan Srikrishna effective October 28, 2026.

The company, which is 74.3% owned by Carlyle, reported $1.54 billion in revenue last year but has seen its stock price decline by 28.72% since the start of the calendar year.

Jetley, a former EXL executive, takes over as the company faces growth challenges, with its operating margin at 14.4% and recent quarterly growth rates trailing behind peers like Coforge and Persistent Systems.
