Veteran filmmaker Kuku Kohli, known for launching Ajay Devgn in the 1991 hit Phool Aur Kaante, died on August 25, 2026, following a massive heart attack at age 77.
Kohli was cremated on August 26, with industry figures including Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, and Rohit Shetty attending the funeral to pay respects to the director and his wife, Aruna Irani.
