Afghanistan secured a three-wicket victory over Ireland in the second ODI on Monday, clinching their fourth consecutive appearance in the ODI World Cup.

Rashid Khan starred with 3-44 and an unbeaten 37, while AM Ghazanfar took 3-29 to restrict Ireland to 206 runs in 46.3 overs at the crease.

Rahmanullah Gurbaz contributed a crucial 71 runs to the chase, helping Afghanistan reach the target of 207 in 44.5 overs and take a 2-0 lead in the five-match series.
