HDFC Bank reported a 5.55% rise in consolidated net profit to ₹20,700 crore for the September quarter compared to ₹19,611 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income rose to ₹97,258 crore from ₹91,040 crore, while expenditure surged to ₹7,774 crore and provisions inched up to ₹3,573.62 crore.
