Air India and IndiGo cancel and divert Riyadh flights following Houthi missile threat

Air India Group and IndiGo cancelled and diverted multiple flights to Riyadh on Thursday as carriers responded to regional security disruptions caused by a Houthi missile attack targeting Saudi Arabia.

Air India flight AI2243 from Delhi to Riyadh returned to Delhi and the airline suspended all services to the Saudi capital until October 10, offering full refunds.

An IndiGo flight from Hyderabad to Riyadh was diverted to Dammam, while airlines advised passengers to verify flight statuses before heading to airports.
