Tech Services Firms Face Talent Decision in AI Expansion, Says BCG

A Boston Consulting Group report released on Thursday stated that AI-led services are projected to add $100–200 billion in net new work by 2030.

BCG noted that technology services firms possess sufficient internal staff for applied AI roles rather than facing a genuine talent shortage.

The global services market is projected to expand from $1.6–1.7 trillion in 2025 to $2.2–2.4 trillion by 2030.
