Task force head Nandan Nilekani stated that generating examination papers at the last minute from a massive question bank will eliminate the economic incentive behind paper leaks.
Speaking at the Bloomberg New Economy Forum, Nilekani also recommended expanding computer-based testing infrastructure across the country from its current 150,000 locations.
The high-powered task force was established following widespread protests and the cancellation of the NEET-UG 2026 examination due to a major paper leak.
