Indian Railways has announced a weekly special train service between Mumbai's CSMT and Bengaluru's SMVT to accommodate passenger demand during upcoming festivals.

Operated by Central Railway, train number 01013 will run seven trips in each direction starting next month, covering the distance in approximately 23 hours and 30 minutes.

The 22-coach special train will feature 2 AC 2-Tier and 18 AC 3-Tier coaches, stopping at 24 stations including Pune, Miraj, Dharwad, and Hubballi along its route.
