Indian boxers have secured 10 medals at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, with Preeti Pawar and Ankush Panghal advancing to the finals in their respective weight categories.
Preeti Pawar defeated Catherine Mwape in the 54kg semi-final on July 31, while judoka Asmita Dey also reached the final, guaranteeing at least a silver medal for the contingent.
The Indian team is currently focusing on the final bouts scheduled for August 1, aiming to surpass the medal tally achieved during the previous edition of the Games.
