Computer Engineering Tops MHT-CET Admissions in Maharashtra

A total of 1,81,927 students secured admissions to BE-BTech programmes through Maharashtra CET admissions 2026, with male students accounting for nearly two-thirds.

Computer Engineering was the most opted specialisation with 28,170 admissions, followed by Mechanical Engineering with 19,702 admissions.

Savitribai Phule Pune University recorded the highest university admissions with 64,822 students, representing over 35 percent of the total.
