Assistant operations manager Abhishek Singh Kushwaha was found dead on a sofa inside an office chamber at the Agra divisional railway manager's office at around 11 pm on Sunday.
Kushwaha's wife and mother alleged that a toxic work environment and mental harassment by a senior official drove him to take his own life after a transfer from Prayagraj three months ago.
Agra Division PRO Sanjay Gautam confirmed the incident and hospital pronouncement but dismissed the family's harassment allegations as baseless while police investigate.
