Nvidia's unreleased DLSS 5 software has leaked, with modders successfully bypassing the company's intended Blackwell hardware requirements within two days of the leak.
The software, which was expected to be exclusive to the RTX 50 series, is currently reported to be in an unusable state due to high frame rate costs.
The leak confirms that the restriction to newer silicon was a software-based limitation rather than a hardware-dependent necessity, allowing enthusiasts to test the technology on older systems.
