Iran Backs Political Resolution to Saudi-Houthi Conflict

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that Tehran supports an inclusive political process to resolve the conflict between Saudi Arabia and Yemen's Houthis.

Araghchi reiterated Iran's offer to mediate between the conflicting parties during a speech at the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation in Baghdad.

The statement follows recent Houthi attacks on Saudi energy facilities and Riyadh's airport, alongside Iranian denials of directing the escalations.
