A speeding truck hit a motorcycle and dragged the victims for nearly 80 metres on the Nuh-Tauru road late Tuesday, killing a man and three children instantly.
The victims included 32-year-old Mohammad Shakir, his 1.5-month-old daughter Zahra, 2.5-year-old daughter Sajra, and 5-year-old niece Gazala, while Shakir's wife Nasreen suffered critical injuries.
Police registered an FIR against the unidentified truck driver under BNS sections 106 and 281 after the driver fled the scene on foot.
