Oracle announced it will offer Google’s Tensor Processing Units through its cloud infrastructure platform starting in 2027, marking the first time the chips are available on a hyperscale cloud outside Google.
Announced at Oracle AI World in Las Vegas, the partnership allows Oracle Cloud Infrastructure customers to access Google's custom AI accelerators for training and deploying artificial intelligence models.
Under the agreement, Oracle will supply data center power, cooling, and networking, while Google will provide the TPU accelerators and associated software capabilities.
