Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant to Open at Shops at Arcola

A Cooper’s Hawk restaurant is set to occupy an 11,200-square-foot building at the upcoming Shops at Arcola retail center in Loudoun County.

The retail development is located near the new Target store off Loudoun County Parkway and Dulles West Boulevard.

An organic grocery store, widely expected to be a Whole Foods, has also signed a lease for the center, facilitating the start of construction.
