The upcoming film Prahaar, starring Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi, is set to release on October 16 and focuses on the legal proceedings of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks trial.
Veteran public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam stated that the movie is based on over two years of research into court arguments without character sensationalization or dramatization.
Nikam noted that the trial involved establishing a state-backed conspiracy involving Pakistan and addressing repeated falsehoods by captured terrorist Ajmal Kasab.
