Inter Miami was held to a 2-2 draw by San Diego in Major League Soccer after conceding a late equalizer in Florida on Sunday.

Lionel Messi curled in his 101st goal for Miami in the 24th minute, followed by a 74th-minute goal from Luis Suarez.

Anders Dreyer scored twice for San Diego, leaving Miami 11 points behind table leaders Nashville with eight regular season games remaining.
