Raul Fernandez Wins British MotoGP at Silverstone

Trackhouse Racing's Raul Fernandez secured his second MotoGP victory at the British Grand Prix on August 9, finishing 2.5 seconds ahead of the pack.

Championship leader Jorge Martin finished behind Fernandez, extending his lead in the standings to 31 points despite suffering technical issues at Turn One.

The event saw six riders crash out, including Alex Rins and Joan Mir, while MotoGP confirmed the Silverstone contract is extended until at least 2028.
