Suresh Parsottamdas Patel, a 56-year-old native of Mehsana, Gujarat, was shot and killed during an armed robbery at his store in Jackson, Tennessee, on August 20.
The suspect, described as a black male wearing a paintball-style mask and gray hoodie, fled the scene in a white sedan after taking cash from the store.
Patel, who had lived in the United States for 30 years, was killed just one week after opening his new business, Ridgecrest Cellars Wine and Spirits.
