Uncapped batter Kamil Pooran received his maiden West Indies T20I call-up for the upcoming series against India following a breakout CPL season.

Pooran finished as the top scorer for St Lucia Kings in the Caribbean Premier League, amassing 273 runs in eight innings at a strike rate of 159.64.
