Karthik Subbaraj's Tamil-language feature film 'Dorothy' had its world premiere in the Centrepiece category at the Toronto International Film Festival, receiving a standing ovation at the Scotiabank Theatre.
The movie features an original score by composer Ilaiyaraaja in his 1540th film and stars Keerthy Suresh, Sananath, and Rishikanth alongside an ensemble cast.
Backed by Jio Studios and Sikhya Entertainment, the film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on September 25.
