Biopic Announced on R&AW Founder and Spymaster R.N. Kao

Dharma Productions and Leo Media Collective announced a biopic on Rameshwar Nath Kao, the founder of the Research and Analysis Wing, on Monday.

Based on Nitin Gokhale’s book 'Gentleman Spymaster,' the espionage action film is scheduled to release in theatres on August 11, 2028.

The project will chronicle Kao's journey from 1955 to 1971, highlighting the establishment of R&AW and its initial mission during the 1971 war.
