A Russian missile attack on Kyiv early Saturday killed at least three people and injured 15 others, including two boys aged 13 and 17, according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
The strikes caused over a dozen explosions across the city, damaging buildings in the Shevchenkivskyi and Solomyanskyi districts and igniting fires in warehouses in Darnytskyi.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is currently negotiating with the U.S. for a license to manufacture Patriot interceptor missiles, though President Trump stated on Friday that no agreement has been reached.
