The series recorded its highest nationwide rating of 18.5% by its fourth episode, according to Nielsen Korea.
The plot follows a gifted freelance surgeon named Gye Su Jeong who takes on a corrupt hospital establishment while working at Guseo University Seonam Medical Center.
