IIT Madras will close the extended registration window for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2027 on October 12, 2026, with the initial application deadline ending on Monday, October 5.
The examination will cover 30 test papers across forenoon and afternoon sessions on February 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, and 21, 2027, with city allotment notifications slated for January 4, 2027.
Undergraduate students in their third or higher years, alongside graduates in engineering, technology, architecture, science, commerce, arts, or humanities, are eligible to apply through gate2027.iitm.ac.in.
