Bangladesh will replace Pakistan in the six-team tournament, with India now scheduled to play Malaysia on November 1 instead of the fixture against Pakistan.
The Pakistan Hockey Federation previously requested a neutral venue, marking the second sports withdrawal involving India this week following a cricket team withdrawal.
