Gross Goods and Services Tax revenue crossed ₹2 lakh crore in September 2026, registering a 14.7% year-on-year increase from the previous year.
Gross collections reached ₹2,03,521 crore compared to ₹1,77,365 crore in September 2025, reflecting transactions undertaken in August.
Net revenue after refunds surged 18.1% to ₹1,76,520 crore, while import-linked gross revenue jumped 25.9% to ₹65,525 crore.
