Sri Lanka Women Secure Historic ODI Series Victory Over Pakistan

Sri Lanka Women clinched their first bilateral ODI series win over Pakistan in 24 years, winning the third match by eight wickets to take the series 2-1.

Captain Chamari Athapaththu and Kavisha Dilhari each took 3-27 to bowl Pakistan out for 187, while Harshitha Samarawickrama anchored the chase with an unbeaten 71.

The victory marks a major turnaround for Sri Lanka, ending a sequence of four consecutive series wins for Pakistan ahead of the T20I series starting July 31 in Dambulla.
