Cyberabad traffic police are examining the feasibility of a Counterflow Bus Rapid Transit system between JNTU Junction and Raidurgam Metro Station.
The proposal aims to increase public transport capacity and cut journey times by allowing RTC buses to operate in a dedicated counterflow lane.
Authorities conducted a physical trial with buses on both sides of the road on Thursday to assess traffic movement and merging conditions.
