A special executive magistrate ordered the release of CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka after accepting their sureties on Wednesday.
The pair were previously held in five-day judicial custody following their detention at Jantar Mantar on October 14 while protesting against the chief election commissioner.
The Delhi High Court observed during the hearing that the leaders did not qualify as Gen Z, sparking a social media reaction from the CJP founder.
