FATF President Giles Thomson stated on Friday that Pakistan is working with the Asia Pacific Group on Money Laundering to advance its terror financing reforms for future evaluation.
Thomson declined to detail discussions from the Paris plenary meeting, while the Indian side raised Pakistan's failure to crack down on Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar.
Pakistan was previously placed on the FATF grey list from 2018 to 2022 due to anti-money laundering deficiencies before completing its action plan to exit the list in October 2022.
