Aditi Mahavidyalaya and Bhagini Nivedita College have started admitting students based on Class 12 board results to fill hundreds of seats left vacant by the CUET-based system.
Aditi Mahavidyalaya, which has 1,000 seats, previously struggled to fill more than 40% of its capacity, while Bhagini Nivedita College currently reports 985 vacant seats.
The university granted permission for this separate admission process for the first time this year, with the second round of applications scheduled to begin next week.
