Lahore High Court Chief Justice Aalia Neelum dismissed a petition filed by Pakistan wicket-keeper batter Mohammad Rizwan challenging notices issued by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency.
During Thursday's hearing, the petitioner's lawyer argued that Rizwan was interrogated without a notice after the Lord's Test and had his mobile phone confiscated.
The NCCIA is currently conducting a forensic examination of mobile phones taken from Rizwan and Imam-ul-Haq and will submit its findings to the Pakistan Cricket Board.
