India-born cheetah gives birth to four cubs at Kuno

A female cheetah named KGP12 gave birth to four cubs at Kuno National Park, bringing the total cheetah population in India to 56.

KGP12 is an Indian-born big cat whose previous litter of four cubs was lost to a leopard attack earlier this April.

Union Minister Bhupender Yadav and CM Mohan Yadav hailed the births as a success for Project Cheetah, which recently marked four years.
