Cupid's Aditya Halwasiya Purchases 5.10 Crore Shares in PC Jeweller

Cupid Chairman and MD Aditya Kumar Halwasiya bought 5.10 crore shares of PC Jeweller worth approximately ₹73.59 crore in a bulk deal.

The transaction was executed at an average price of ₹14.43 per share, boosting market attention after the stock rallied 12% on Friday.

PC Jeweller recently cleared outstanding dues to all 14 consortium banks to achieve a debt-free status.
