The Bombay High Court asked the Maharashtra government on Wednesday to take steps to restore trust among students protesting over MPSC recruitment and requested them to return to studies.
During the hearing, the State stated it had accepted demands to set the examination fee at ₹100 and to conduct examinations in person.
The court noted that vacancies run into thousands and directed the State to submit a written affidavit detailing recruitment processes and job vacancies.
