The Karnataka government has mandated HIV testing camps across all engineering and degree colleges following a report identifying over 7,000 positive cases among students.
The initiative, led by the Karnataka State AIDS Prevention Society (KSAPS), aims to promote early detection and provide immediate access to treatment for affected individuals.
