
Scottish champions Celtic exited the Champions League after a 5-1 defeat to LASK Linz on Tuesday, despite holding a 3-0 lead from the first leg of the qualifying tie.
LASK forced extra time with goals from Moses Usor, Robert Ljubicic, Samuel Adeniran, and Florian Flecker, before Adeniran secured the historic victory with a long-range strike in the second half of extra time.
LASK qualifies for the Champions League league phase for the first time in club history, while Celtic must now continue their European campaign in the Europa League competition.
