Google Confirms Pixel 11 Tensor G6 Uses 3nm Process

Google's VP of Hardware, Peng Yu-Chun, confirmed that the Tensor G6 chip in the new Pixel 11 series is built on a 3nm process, not 2nm.

The new chipset offers 50% more TPU compute and 30% better power efficiency compared to the previous Tensor G5 processor.

The Pixel 11 lineup features four models: the standard Pixel 11, Pro, Pro XL, and the Pro Fold, all utilizing the upgraded 3nm architecture.
