Chelsea's £47M Deal for Lamine Camara Collapses After U-Turn

Chelsea reached a £47 million agreement to sign Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara on deadline day, following the record-breaking £125 million sale of Enzo Fernandez to Manchester City.

The transfer was facilitated after a move for Folarin Balogun to Everton collapsed, forcing Monaco to lower their asking price to raise immediate funds.

Camara is expected to arrive in London on Wednesday to finalize a six-year contract, which includes an option for an additional 12 months.
