IBM India partnered with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) to enhance India's deep-tech startup ecosystem.
The collaboration will provide startups access to IBM's enterprise AI, hybrid cloud, and quantum computing expertise.
IBM also announced Bharat Core, an optimized AI stack for India, and IBM India MD Sandip Patel advocated for 'Digital Swaraj'.
