Elon Musk Accuses Ukraine of Starlink Policy Violations

Elon Musk accused Ukraine on Saturday of violating Starlink terms of service by employing the network for offensive drone strikes.

Musk stated that the network operates as a civilian system and that violations would result in termination of service, though he noted the loophole was closed.

Ukrainian Defence Minister Yevgeniy Khmara reported that monitoring systems recorded a stable connection recovery with speeds exceeding 400 km/h.
