AAP Kickstarts Punjab Poll Campaign Following DA Hike for Staff

The Aam Aadmi Party is formally launching its 2027 Punjab Assembly election campaign with Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann in Ludhiana on Saturday.

The campaign kickoff follows the state government's announcement of an 8 per cent Dearness Allowance hike for around eight lakh employees and pensioners.

From September 20, the party plans a statewide door-to-door mobilization drive involving 2.68 lakh booth committee members.
