Ram Kapoor Shares Emotional Account of Assisting Father’s End-of-Life Decision

Actor Ram Kapoor revealed on the show 'Lock Upp: Sach ya Sazaa' that he helped his father, Anil Kapoor, plan his death after a pancreatic cancer relapse at age 73.

Kapoor stated that his father chose to forgo further treatment during the Covid period and requested his son's presence in the ICU to help him pass away peacefully.

The actor shared that the experience caused a lasting rift with his mother and sister, but noted that witnessing his father's death changed his own perspective on mortality.
