Nvidia detailed its RTX Spark, an Arm-based system-on-chip co-designed with MediaTek that integrates a Grace CPU and Blackwell RTX GPU to power Windows 11 laptops and desktops.
The platform offers up to 20 CPU cores, 6,144 CUDA cores, and 128GB of LPDDR5X unified memory on a 3nm process with a configurable 45W to 80W TDP.
The unified memory architecture allows local execution of large language models with up to 120 billion parameters without relying on cloud servers.
